A laughing kookaburra sits in the late evening sun. These amazing kingfishers are of course known for their loud laughing call!

Total size: 13" tall x 7" wide.
Fine artist's acrylics on acid free illustration board. This piece has been sealed and varnished in a manner that will allow for cleaning if necessary.

This piece has been professionally framed in a solid wooden frame (no glass). It has been double matted with museum quality 100% rag acid free matboard.

Total outside framed dimensions are 18" tall x 12" wide x 1.5" deep. The frame color is a lovely antique bronze with patterns in the edges.

Important note: This piece has a subtle 'pebble' texture as seen only in certain light if you are looking carefully. It is part of the surface and does not effect the integrity of the piece.

Note that the colors of the painting will appear different in different lighting situations. The photos below were taken in early morning sunlight and so the blues appear a bit different.
